Location
Donegal Cottage Murvagh is situated between Donegal Town and Ballyshannon and just half a mile off the main road (N15), the cottage is ideal for those wishing to explore the rugged areas of North and West Donegal or visit South Donegal/Sligo (Yeats Country). Donegal Town is only 6 miles away and Sligo Town 25.
Donegal Cottage Murvagh is a great place to spend a vacation. A really great place to spend a wonderful time so there!
If you are interested in Golf there are superb 18 hole links championship courses are located at Murvagh (just two miles from the cottage) and one at Bundoran.
Other activities include: walking (there are several beautiful coastal walks), horseriding (available locally), Cycling (lots of winding roads which offer spectacular views around every corner and are ideal for cycling), angling (anglers can sample game, coarse and sea angling with sea angling boats available for local chartering).
Facilities
Two Hundred year old fully refurbished Irish holiday home finished to the highest standards with all modern conveniences including electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, dvd player and television.
Accommodation
The cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished in pine with iron bedstead and its own en suite bathroom which includes a power shower and bidet.The other bedrooms are upstairs (a double and a single).

Bedlinen, towels, power, heat, cooking equipment and utensils (highest quality) are all included! - there are no 'extras'. Note some cottages have additional charges for oil, coal and electricity.
Sorry at the moment we do not cater for weekends minimum rental period is one week. Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday.
