Leitir Mhic an Bhaird is a Gaeltacht village in the Rosses region of County Donegal, Ireland. The village, known colloquially as Leitir (pronounced letcher), is on the N56 between the larger towns of Glenties and Dungloe next to Gweebarra Bay.

The village has two shops, 'Clerkins', a family run service station, and 'Gallagher's Stop & Shop'. There are 3 pubs; Elliott's, the Gweebarra Bar and Packie's Bar where you can experience the real irish way of living; the most friendliest people you will ever meet; Irish music as it was a generation ago.

You will also enjoy the unspoiled panorama view with mountains, lakes and the spectacular beaches.
